What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself. Share accomplishments and experience of Sierra Home Services. We will discuss your needs, I’ll share some recommendations. Materials and costs will be discussed. Then the scope of work and scheduling will be arranged if we decide to move forward together on your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Osha Certified Safety Compliant Certified General contractor. Licensed in Utah for all aspects of building and remodeling.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Every project requires a certain level of expertise to complete. One size does not fit all. Your project may require less prep work or may be partially completed before we are called in to complete your project. Therefore there is no standard set price.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I was 16. My dad knew my capabilities better that I knew myself. So, I was on my first legitimate on my own remodel job at the young age of 16. I have accomplished hundreds of amazing projects through my years. It was 10 years ago that I set out on my own as an independent company. I’ve loved every minute of helping customers enjoy their homes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done everything from Community service projects like building housing for an orphanage in Mexico to building a cedar wall lined parking area in the Lake Tahoe area.so, my customers have ranged from the most needy and deserving to those who can afford anything they want. Personally, I enjoy those who want to be involved with their own end result.
